LETTER FROM THE FRONT - CORPORAL ARCHIE CHISHOLM EXPERIENCE IN FRANCE - DECISIVE VICTORY IMPERATIvE
In a letter to Mrs Lynch, or Talbot Street north, Corporal Archie Chisholm, of Learmonth, forwards the fol lowing interesting notes: —
France, 18th February' 1917, Dear Mrs Lynch, — Your note to hand some time ago, also your Christmas card. I should have answered, it before, but I have been very busy lately. I have a good bit of worry with my work, but the time passes very quickly. The climate here is very cold and damp, quite different to sunny Australia, and we feel the difference very much. ... [1]
