Charles Clay was born about 1822 to Thomas Clay and Hannah UNKNOWN.


Charles Clay worked at the Phoenix Foundry in 1861.


Charles Clay died in 1901 in Rutherglen (Victoria, Australia). He is buried in the Clunes Cemetery.
