History

In accordance with the recent announcement of extensions of electrical power supply to the outlying communities from the Ballarat power house, the State Electricity Commission has advised the townships of the district, through the Ballarat management, that finance for the extensions will be available in the new year. Power mains are already being taken to Creswick, and from there will be taken as required to Clunes and Linton.[1]
