William Henry Carpenter was born 5 April 1863 in Stratton (Wiltshire, England).


William Henry Carpenter worked as a boilermaker for the Phoenix Foundry from about 1890 to 1896.


William Henry Carpenter died 11 September 1930 in the Hacking River (Sutherland, New South Wales, Australia). He is buried in Rookwood Cemetery (Hawthorne Avenue, Rookwood, New South Wales, Australia).
