A. E. Cutter was one of three sons born to Lawrence E. Cutter, Ballarat coachbuilder and vehicle manufacturer.
In 1892, along with his brothers, A. E. Cutter assumed responsiblity for Cutter Bros. Pty. Ltd.[1]
A.E. Cutter was a member of the Ballarat Old Colonists' Association.
