Amalgamated Shearers' Union of Australasia

The Amalgamated Shearers' Union of Australasia was a collective of shearers' unions from Victoria and N.S.W. that formed as a response to a sweeping pay rate decrease for shearers' in 1886. Crewsick men William Guthrie Spence, acted as president and David Temple, general secretary of this union.
