Ann Adams was a publican in Ballarat, Victoria, <1860-1873>.

History

Ann Adams had previously run the Old House at Home Hotel in Geelong with her husband. When she left him he advertised that he would no longer be responsible for her debts.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That I will not be responsible for any debts which may be contracted by my wife, Ann Adams, now mistress of the famed Golden Age Hotel, Main road. Ballarat, who left her home in Geelong without any provocation. GEORGE ADAMS, Old House at Home, Corio Street, Geelong. Geelong, 30th May, 1860.[1]

Ann Adams had her license for the North Grant Hotel renewed in 1873.[2]
