Arthur C. Burrow

Arthur Burrow Cornelius Burrow was born in 1920 and died in 2005.
Arthur C. Burrow was President of the Victorian Council of Reconstruction Trainee. The federal scheme was known as the Commonwealth Reconstruction Training Scheme.[1] He was a member of the Old Colonists' Association of Ballarat, and served as the President of the Old Colonists' Club in 1981.
