The Bellevue Hotel was a hotel in Ballarat, <1868>.

Site

The location is unknown, and it maybe one of the two Belle Vue Hotels in Ballarat.

History

The hotel was robbed in 1868, and the following advertisement was place in the Ballarat Star:

£20 REWARD.—Whereas the Bellevue Hotel was broken into on the night of the 16th inst.and a quantity of property stolen therefrom, the above reward will be given for such information as will lead to a conviction of the thieves or the recovery of the stolen property. ARCHIBALD HAY, Bellevue Hotel. 17th September, 1868.[1]
