The Borough Boundary Hotel was a hotel in Ballarat, Victoria, 1864-1892.

Background

History

The hotel was described in the 1854 license application:

ROBERT HARGREAVES, of Creswick road, Borough of Ballarat.-House, containing four rooms; and to be known as the Borough Boundary Hotel.[1]


It was one of the 26 hotels closed in 1892 in Ballarat as part of the changes to licensing laws.[2] The owners were paid £650 compensation for the closure of the business.[2]

The hotel was in Creswick Road.[1]

In June 1864 the license was granted to Robert Hargreaves.[1]
