The Club Hotel was situated 25 Lydiard St.[1]

History

COLONEL SMITH AT THE CLUB HOTEL. Colonel Smith addressed a large meeting in Lydiard street from the balcony of Dunn's Club hotel. The chair was taken by Mr J. D. Woolcott, chairman of the Stock Ex- change, who referred to the Colonel’s long service for Ballarat, and said he was still able to render them as great service as ever he had. The Colonel, who was received with cheers, thanked those present for the reception[2]

June 1937 Club Hotel, Sale The sale has been completed of the free-hold, furniture, and possession of the Club Hotel, Sale, for about £ 10.000. The vendors were Mr, and Mrs. W. Fuller, and the purchaser Mr. Albert Page, who has conducted the Provincial and Buck's Head hotels, Ballarat, and latterly, Craig's Hotel, Ballarat. The agent In the transaction was Percy Henry Pty. Ltd., hotel broker, Collins street.[3]
