David Cooper Spiers was born 1855 in Darlington (Durham, England) to David Spiers (c1821-?) and Elizabeth nee Cooper (c1821-?).


David Cooper Spiers worked at the Phoenix Foundry.


David Cooper Spiers died 12 October 1925 in his home at 401 Lane Cove Road, St Leonards (New South Wales, Australia). He is buried in the Church of England Cemetery (Northern Suburbs).
