Ellen Bracher

Ellen Bracher was a publican in the Ballarat district, <1877-1883.

History

Ellen was born Ellen Gleeson, to Michael Gleeson and Mary Byrne in about 1833.[1]

She married John Bracher in Victoria, in 1856.[2]

Bracher held the license for the Suburban Hotel[3], which was on the Mount Mercer Road, about 5kms from Buninyong.[4]

She died at Buninyong in 1883.[1]

After her death the license was transferred to her executrix, Mary Gleeson.[5]
