F. T. Davies

Fred "F. T Davies" was the manager of Davies Bread. Fred was the son of John Davies, and took over as manager of the family business in 1926.

In 1938 Davies became the President of the Ballarat Rotary Club.[1] In 1939 Davies was President of the Ballarat Benevolent Home.[2]

In 1941, Davies was fined 3 shillings in the Ballarat Court for producing lightweight bread, 3ΒΌ oz short on 28 loaves.[3]
