George Selleck

George Selleck was a publican in the Ballarat district, <1857-1868>.

History

George Selleck owned Selleck's Hotel, Buninyong. This hotel was later known as the Crown. George was the publican of the Crown Hotel in July 1857.[1] Selleck's daughter, Arabella, married Peter Hedrick. [2]

Selleck's wife advertised in the Ballarat Star, February 1869, for all claims against the estate of the late George Selleck to be delivered to the hotel before the 9th of February.[3]
