Hugh Wilson Morrow was born 26 July 1840 in Armagh (Northern Ireland) to Thomas Morrow (?-1847) and Mary Wheatley nee Rock (?-1857).
Hugh Wilson Morrow was a shareholder in the Phoenix Foundry.
Hugh Wilson Morrow died 17 July 1911 at Dana Street, Ballarat (Victoria, Australia). He is buried in the Ballarat Old Cemetery (Area F1, Section 01, Grave 17).
