Mary Winter's name is carved onto the marbles in the foyer of the Old Colonist's Hall, Ballarat.

Obituary
- FUNERAL NOTICES. WINTER.—The remains of the late Mrs MARY WINTER, relict of the late John Winter, Esq., will be removed from her late residence, Lauderdale House, Cardigan, on Thursday morning, the 31st instant, at 11.30, for interment in the Old Cemetery. CHARLES MORRIS, Undertaker, Grenville street, and 186 Sturt street, near City Fire Brigade, and 3 and 5 Mair street.[1]
