Richard Anstis was a butcher operating from premises on Arcade Street, Ballarat East in 1858.[1]

History

In May 1859, Richard Anstis was fined 5s in the District Police Court on a charge of being drunk.[2]

In October 1861, Anstis was reported as owing £313 12s 9d.[3] In November he failed to appear at the Insolvency Court in Geelong.[4]
