History

Robert Thompson was christened 29 January 1849 in Longenton (Northumberland, England), his parents were John Thompson (1820-1889) and Sarah nee Scorer (1824-1910).


Robert Thompson worked at the Phoenix Foundry from at least 1885 to 1902, position unknown.


Robert Thompson died 8 July 1915 in Beaufort (Victoria, Australia). He is buried in the Beaufort Cemetery.
