Rupert Bowd was a motorman on the Ballarat tramways.

Bowd's baby daughter, Winifred, died in February 1914:

BOWD.-On the 23rd day of February, at 908 Skipton street, Mary Winifred dearly loved daughter of Rupert and Winifred Bowd; aged 1 year and 8 months. R.I.P. [1]

Rupert Bowd worked on the Ballarat Tramways around 1920.[2]
