History

Solomon Mirls was born 1843 in Manchester (England) to Joseph Mirls and Harriet nee Henry.


Solomon Mirls was the acting government locomotive inspector at the Phoenix Foundry in 1877.


Solomon Mirls died 26 December 1889 in his home on Hotham Street, East Melbourne (Victoria, Australia). He is buried in the Melbourne General Cemetery.
