Thomas Davey was a publican in Ballarat, <1909>.

History

In March 1899, Thomas Davey took over the license of the Commercial Hotel after the death of the previuos publican, Bridget Bone.[1]

In 1909 Davey is living at 21 Armstrong Street North, with occupation listed as publican.[2]
