Wilfred Lionel Reed Brown was born 1889 in Ballarat (Victoria, Australia) to William Alfred Brown (1860-1931) and Mary nee Welch (c1863-1917).


He worked at the Phoenix Foundry, time and position unknown.


Wilfred Lionel Reed Brown died 26 September 1917 while on military service in Europe.
