William George Manners was born 10 December 1862 at Scarsdale (Victoria, Australia) to William Manners (1826-1901) and Catherine nee Clarke (1833-1924).


William George Manners worked at the Phoenix Foundry in 1885, position unknown.


William George Manners died 19 December 1924 at Kalgoorlie (Western Australia). He is buried in the Kalgoorlie General Cemetery.
