William Moses Perkins was born 1854 at the site of the Eureka Stockade, Ballarat (Victoria, Australia) to Samuel Perkins and Ann Kinnoch.


William Moses Perkins worked at the Phoenix Foundry.


William Moses Perkins died 5 April 1915 in his home on Wilson Street, Horsham (Victoria, Australia). He is buried in the Horsham Cemetery.
