Operators involved in Forestry and Logging will have one or a combination of the following activities as the primary activity of their operations: forest product gathering; forestry growing operation; kauri gum digging; native orchid gathering; pine cone collecting; resin gathering; sphagnum moss gathering; firewood cutting (forest); logging; mine timber hewing (forest); pole hewing (forest); post shaping (forest); railway sleeper hewing; rough shaping of forest timber; timber hewing (forest); and/or tree cutting or felling.
Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing Support Services
Operators involved in Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing Support Services will have one or a combination of the following activities as the primary activity of their operations: forest conservation; forest nursery operation; forest pest control (except aerial or wild animal control); forest planting; reafforestation; silvicultural activities; timber plantation maintenance; timber tract maintenance; tree pruning (forest); and/or tree thinning (forest).
