History
Site
According to the Star of June, 1862, the Australia Felix Hotel was on the corner of Peel Street and Wills Street, Ballarat.[1] Wills Street is now known as Mair Street.[2] The Star of 1863 gives the address of a hotel called Australia Felix Hotel as Eureka Street.[3]

Legacies
The Ballarat Gold Museum has a sepia photograph of Australia Felix Hotel, Ballarat. Hotel has veranda with sign on front board. Object number 00.0252 [4]
