| ‘NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the partnership hitherto subsisting between us the undersigned, carrying on business as Ironfounders and Engineers, at the Foundry known as the Ballarat Iron and Brass Foundry, corner of Doveton and Eyre streets, Ballarat, under the style or firm of Farrant & Co., has been this day mutually dissolved, as far as regards the undersigned, Caleb Humphries, who retires from the firm. All debts now due and owing to and from the firm will be received and paid by the undersigned, James Farrant and James Parker, on whose separate account the business will in future be carried on.
