History

Grigsby’s Foundry was a father and son team, and conducted business at 411 Mair Street for 45 years. They produced high quality castings in bronze and alumninium for industries around Ballarat.</ref>Ballarat News, 11 May 1994.</ref>

Including its initial establishment in Mair Street then later in Creswick Road, this business operated for 75 years from 1925 to 2000. (ref.Bevan Grigsby, July 2021)
