‘Mr. C. D. Figgis, the architect of the Mining Exchange…’[1]
C. D. Figgis designed the Lutheran Church, Doveton Street South, Ballarat, in 1876, the tower and spire of St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Ballarat, in 1884 and the Ballarat Mining Exchange in 1888.[2]
