Charles Boyd was a printer situated at 342 Main Road, Ballarat East in 1857[1]. The office was located at 35 Sturt Street in 1882.[2]


History

Charles Boyd was a printer operating from premises on Main Road, Ballarat East in 1858.[3]


Charles Boyd started printing in Main Road, Ballarat, near the United States Hotel in 1857 and then operated a printing works in Sturt Street, Ballarat from 1861 to at least 1887.[4]

Legacy

Charles Boyd printed the 1880 Ballarat School of Mines Annual Report.

Catalogue of Works

Charles Boyd printed the Descriptive Catalogue of the Minerals in the Museum of the School of Mines, Ballaarat in 1882.(1)
