Private Clive Jennings (no 3310), born on the 25th May 1894, was 21 years old and working as a butcher, when he enlisted in the Australian Imperial Forces, 5th Battalion, on the 10th July 1915. He served in France, Middle East and Australia with the 59th Battalion, he was accidentally wounded in France 14th April 1917. He returned to Australia 26th September 1917 and was awarded the 1914/15 Star, British War Medal and the Victory Medal. He was discharged on 18th January 1918. [1]
