Operators involved in Building Construction will have one or a combination of the following activities as the primary activity of their operations: house construction, alteration or renovation; garage construction; house, prefabricated, assembly, erection or installation (on site); apartment construction; duplex house construction; flat construction; high-rise flat construction; semi-detached house construction; commercial building construction; industrial building construction; office building construction; prefabricated non-residential building assembly, erection or installation on-site (except sheds, garages or carports); and/or prefabricated temperature controlled structures installation.
Heavy Civil Engineering Construction
Operators involved in Heavy Civil Engineering Construction will have one or a combination of the following activities as the primary activity of their operations: road and bridge construction; and/or other heavy and civil engineering construction.
Operators involved in Construction Services will have one or a combination of the following activities as the primary activity of their operations: land development; site preparation; subdivision; concreting; bricklaying; roofing; structural steel erection; building installation; plumbing; electrical; air conditioning and heating installation and maintenance; fire and security alarm installation; plastering; carpentry; tiling and carpeting; painting and decorating; glazing; and/or landscape construction; hire of construction machinery with operator.
