D. Grant was a saddler operating from premises on the corner of Lydiard Street and Sturt Street, Ballarat in 1861.

History

Was listed as Grant and Co. in Armstrong Street in 1858, as a saddler and harness maker.[1]

D. GRANT,
SADDLE AND HARNESS MAKER,
‘Lydiard street, corner of Sturt-street,
BALLARAT,
BEGS to acquaint his numerous friends and customers, that he has
REMOVED TO THE ABOVE PREMISES,
where he trusts to meet a continuance of their favors; and further to state, that every article can be selected from
AN ENTIRELY NEW STOCK.
and at such Prices as must DEFY COMPETITION.'
