The Foundry Hotel was a hotel in Ballarat, Victoria, <1862-1863.
Background
After 1863 the hotel was known as West's Hotel.[1]

The People
- In 1862 the publican was James Watkins.[3]
- In 1863 the publican was George West.[2] He did not appear at the court in June 1863, and his license hearing was postponed for one week. In the 19 June 1863 hearing, the name of the hotel was recorded as changed to West's Hotel.
