Francis Bulch was born about 1861 in New Shildon (Durham, England) to Thomas Bulch (1835-1906) and Margaret nee Dinsdale (?-1886).
He worked at the Phoenix Foundry in 1885, position unknown.
Francis Bulch died 23 July 1886 in an accident in the Davies Freehold Junction Mine, Creswick. He is buried in the Creswick New Cemetery.
