History

Francis John Robert Penhalluriack was born on 28 August 1893 in Ballarat, and attended Eureka Street State School.[1]

Family

Frank Penhalluriack was the son of William Penhalluiack and Frances Anna Maria McGill. Frank married Annie Marshall Allan in 1890.[2]

Legacy

The World War One service of Frank Penhalluriack is recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour.

In 1911, Frank Penhalluriack senior became Mayor of Ballarat East.
