Frederick H. Longstaff

History

Frederick Longstaff was born in Bendigo. He enlisted during World War One at Ballarat on 09 July 1915, at which time he was a 27 year old actor. A member of the 24th Battalion, he was discharged by the medical board 21 October 1918 with a ganglion behind the right knee and weak ankle.

Legacy

World War One service recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour.
