This may be George C. Robinson (blacksmith).


History

George Coleman Robinson was born in England. He arrived in Australia in January 1853, and first dug for gold in the Ballarat district at Sinclairs Hill in July 1853. Coleman was elected to the first Sebastopol Council on 12 December 1864. He was a board member of the Prince of Wales Co. in 1870.[1]

He lived in Errard Street, Ballarat.
