"A net profit of' £90/12/6 is shown, in the annual accounts of the Hepburn Springs Electric Supply Co. The directors' recommendation that a dividend of 5 per cent, be declared was endorsed by the shareholders at the annual meeting. The directors also suggested that an appeal for more capital be made in order to make additions to the plant to cope for the increasing demand for light and power."
