James A. Eady

History
James Arthur Eady was born in Ballarat. He enlisted for Service during World War One (RN 1513), in March 1915, and gave his widowed mother, Caroline Eady, as his next of kin. A member of the 23rd Battalion, he served at Gallipoli, and was killed in action in France on 22 August 1916.[1]
Legacy
The World War One service recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour and Victoria Street Baptist Church honour Board.
