1. John Munro was a boot and shoemaker whose premises (according to the Australasian Federal Directory) were located on Eyre Street, Ballarat, in 1887.[1]
2. John Munro who was a bootmaker in Bridge Street. He closed his business in August 1865.
Clearing-out Sale. JOHN MUNRO, BOOT MAKER, Bridge street, having disposed of his business, will hold a clearing-out sale for 21 days, at greatly reduced prices. All those indebted to J. M. are requested to settle their accounts before the 21st instant, and those having claims against him are requested to render their accounts that they may be settled. 8th August. 1865.[2]
