Joseph Best was born in 1880 at Great Western, Victoria. During World War One he was a Chaplain / Captain enlisting on 25 March 1916. He died on 11 July 1965 at Ballarat, Victoria. [1]
Legacy
World War One service recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour.
