Lamb's Ballarat Knitting Co. was established in the late 1890s. [1]
History
After World War One the business boasted over 100 employees, and continued to flourish. A company was formed in July 1918 as Lamb's Ballarat Knitting Co. P/L, with Edwin Rash as Secretary. [2]
Ballarat Knitting Co. was registered on 05 August 1918. (ACN 004 078 522.[3]) Company Registration Number 6805. The company was struck off the list in August 1931.[4]

In 1925 Edwin Rash purchased Lamb's Ballarat Knitting Co. and shifted his head office to 2 Victria Street, Ballarat. [6]
