After World War One the business boasted over 100 employees, and continued to flourish. A company was formed in July 1918 as Lamb's Ballarat Knitting Co. P/L, with Edwin Rash as Secretary. <ref>Unpublished notes on "Lamb's Ballarat Knitting Co. P/L" by John Rash, 2014.</ref> 

Ballarat Knitting Co. was registered on 05 August 1918.  (ACN 004 078 522.<ref>https://creditorwatch.com.au/express/asic/organisation/004078522</ref>)  Company Registration Number 6805.  The company was struck off the list in August 1931.<ref>Victorian Government Gazette, 12 August 1931, p 2233.</ref>
