Lambertis J. Ackroyd

Lambertis J. Ackroyd was a soldier in the A.I.F. during World War I.

History

Ackroyd was born as Lamberutz Johannes Ackroyd at Scarsdale, Victoria, in 1900, the second son of John William Ackroyd and Alice Swenser.[1] His older brother, John William Ackroyd, enlisted in the Army Medical Corp on July 24, 1917.[2]

Legacy

World War One service recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour.
