Alternative Spellings are Nerina, Neerena and Nerrena.
Also known as Little Bendigo.
Nerrina is a semi-rural suburb of Ballarat with a very small township and commercial area.[1]

Originally Nerrena after the Nerrena Creek, and then Little Bendigo (after Bendigo, Victoria).[2]

It is located on the foothills of the Brown Hill range and straddles both sides of the Western Freeway.[3]
