Percy Rowe served with the AIF during World War One.
History
From the Ballarat Courier, November 1917:
CORPORAL PERCY ROWE. Mrs. H. Rowe, Brown Hill, has been advised that her youngest son, Cpl. Percy Rowe, of the 14th Battalion, formerly of Ballarat, and late of Geelong was killed in action on 26th September last. At the time of enlisting he was working on the Geelong railway. and was 37 years of age. He leaves a widow and three young children. His brother Sam has just returned wounded.[1]
Legacy
World War One service recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour.
