Philip Gay was a publican in Ballarat, Victoria, <1862-1864>.
History
From <1862-1864> Philip Gay held the license for the Koh-i-Noor Hotel, on the south east corner of Eyre and Talbot Streets.[1][2][3]
In 1862 Philip Gay was a shareholder with the Koh-i-Noor Gold Mining Co.
