History
Richard Philip Walters was born in Ballarat. He enlisted for service during World War One (Service Number 3158). At that time he was a railway employee. He returned to Australia on 20 July 1919[1]
Legacy
The World War One service of Philip Walters is recognised on the Ballarat Avenue of Honour.
